Our Refund/Return Policy: Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine within 30 days of shipment as long as it is returned prior to having the cork pulled and is in good condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those situations, Maple Vineyards will pay all shipping costs.

Maple Vineyards will replace any products damaged during shipping. Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to Maple Vineyards and all shipping costs will be covered by Maple Vineyards.
